Enterprise narrative for the European C-suite
Position Claude not as an AI tool but as decision infrastructure. European CTOs and CFOs do not buy models. They buy risk reduction and compliance certainty. Build the narrative around 'responsible AI as competitive advantage'.

Identify the 5 moments when a European enterprise actively searches for AI solutions: regulatory change, cost pressure, competitor adoption, board mandate, talent scarcity. Build content and marketing enablement around each moment.
Developer-to-boardroom flywheel
